Sharonda Lawrence is a real estate broker, mortgage loan originator, published author and seasoned entrepreneur. She is the owner and broker of Ascension Realty International, where she leads and trains a growing team of agents.
Sharonda started her real estate career in 2007, just as the financial crisis was about to hit the housing market. While many agents left the business, she stayed and became an expert in short sales, foreclosures and distressed properties. Learning the business in such a hard market gave her an edge over agents who were used to easier deals. That edge helped her rise quickly, and she has kept the same adaptability and problem-solving through every market cycle since.
Sharonda has owned businesses for more than 25 years and holds an MBA from Florida Southern College’s Barney Barnett School of Business. That background shapes how she handles every transaction. She is an excellent communicator and a skilled negotiator, and she specializes in marketing and listing properties so they get the most exposure and the best possible return.
